 me: lets have a yogart based chicken salad
  yogurt
 Ronald: with dill, capers and red grapes
9:46 AM i would prolly do greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, 1 tbsp mayonaisse, dill, capers, red grapes, celery and tons of coarsely ground black peppern
 me: no mayo
  yeah
  lets make that shit
9:47 AM Ronald: brittany shut up, 1 tbsp ... it needs it for tang

 Ronald: brittany, you need to stop ... that entire dressing will break w/out 1 tbsp of mayonaisse ... it aids in the emulsification
  and mayo is not gluttenous

 Ronald: yeah girl and there is nothign wrong with 1 tbsp of mayonaisse ... that is prolly 60 calories and 2 g of healthy fats in the entire dressing

9:49 AM if you want that i will make a list of the things we need ... you need to pick up chicken breasts bone-in/skin-on so that i can roast them and then pick the chicken
  for the flavor and moist

  • salted and peppered oven roasted chicken breasts
  • seedless red grapes
  • granny smith apples
  • black walnuts
  • greek yogurt
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • black pepper 
  • dill
